Our babe is getting big! You might think I'm terrible for this since they now recommend that you wait 6 months before giving solid food but I'm of the opinion that a baby's parents know more about their baby than the so called 'experts' who seem to like to change the rules with the weather, and we've been at it the last 2 weeks or so...and does she ever LOVE it!
Last week we tagged along with Chad in Calgary while he took some career training courses. While there, we indulged in some Marble Slab ice cream and were sharing some with Ady, and could not move the spoon fast enough to her mouth between bites. She acted like some was torturing her when it wasn't in her mouth. I was trying to capture it on video with my phone but it only takes 10 seconds of video at a time so it didn't do the moment justice. We were howling (in laughter, not desperation like our poor baby!)
We are loving every minute with our sweet girl. She has recently discovered her voice and squawks and chirps like a little bird. But most of the time she is as content and quiet as can be. We sometimes haul her around like crazy, and she just remains content as long as she's fed. (As mentioned before, she DEFINITELY lets us know when she feels that she is lacking something.) But all in all, she's a sweetheart. Please, let the next one be this good!

She is so adorable!! I love the pictures of her smiling, her eyes just sparkle. So cute...
hahah she is so dang cute! It's funny, easton is almost at the same point she is....we've been feeding him rice cereal (which he eats, but always makes a disgusted face! lol), and he's started to squack constantly like a madman if we're not paying attention to him!! i think it would be fun to get them together at christmas....
